Join me and other Empaths as we discover our Empathic Abilities and how these “superpowers” can serve —but also deplete—us.
As empaths, we often struggle to distinguish our emotions from those of others, making it challenging to connect with our inner truth and intuition.
This is not just another workshop; it's a transformative experience designed for Intuitive Women seeking to unlock their potential.
Why are boundaries critical for those with empathic abilities?
Emotional Protection: Empaths are highly sensitive to the emotions and energy of others. Without boundaries, we can become overwhelmed by absorbing other people's emotions, leading to emotional exhaustion, stress, and burnout. Setting emotional boundaries helps shield us from this constant emotional influx.
Personal Identity: Empaths can struggle to differentiate their own feelings and needs from those of others. Establishing boundaries helps us maintain a clear sense of self, preventing us from losing our identity in a sea of others' emotions.
Energy Preservation: Empaths have a limited reserve of emotional and energetic resources. By defining boundaries, we can conserve our energy and avoid becoming drained by excessive emotional demands from others.
Self-Care: Maintaining boundaries is an act of self-care! It allows us to prioritize our well-being, recharge our energy, and avoid becoming emotionally and physically depleted.
Empowerment: Boundaries empower empaths to make conscious choices about how we engage with others and the world around us. This empowerment helps us navigate social interactions with greater confidence and resilience.

What is the schedule for this three-week workshop?
Week 1 - 5:30 PM • Tuesday, February 4, 2025: Discover and embrace your empathic abilities.
In week one, we will discover the incredible potential of your Empathic Abilities, which can be both a source of strength and a drain on your energy.
Week 2- 5:30 PM • Tuesday, February 11, 2025: Energy Vampires! Let’s discover the types of energy vampires out there and who they are in your life.
In the second week of our program, we'll delve into the vital task of recognizing and dealing with Energy Vampires in your life. Developing awareness of these individuals is a crucial step in establishing strong personal boundaries.
Week 3- 5:30 PM • Tuesday, February 18, 2025: Shields UP! We will discover protection strategies as an empath. This will allow us to retain our energy in the world!
In our final week together, we will explore a comprehensive range of boundaries, including energetic, spiritual, emotional, and physical aspects. These boundaries will empower you to safeguard your energy and maintain a vibrant sense of vitality.
